Warranty Policy
At CAMPHARD, we proudly stand behind the gear we make. We design, engineer, and test every product ourselves—and we back it with a 2-Year Limited Warranty.
Our Promise:
All CAMPHARD products are covered for two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal, intended use.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials
- Faults in craftsmanship
- Failures under normal, outdoor use
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fabric fading, etc.)
- Damage from accidents, extreme conditions, or incorrect setup
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Email us at info@camphard.co.nz
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if possible)
- We’ll guide you through the next steps!
This warranty is provided under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Repair Services
If your equipment is damaged outside of warranty coverage, or after the warranty period, we still want to help.
We offer affordable repair options where possible to keep your CAMPHARD equipment out on adventures longer. Just get in touch with us to discuss repair possibilities.
How It Works:
- Contact us at info@camphard.co.nz with your product details, issue description, and photos.
- We’ll assess the damage and let you know if it’s repairable.
- If repair is possible, we’ll provide a quote and timeframe before we get started.
