Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your CAMPHARD equipment, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn’t perform as expected, please contact us at info@camphard.co.nz with your order number and a description of the fault or damage (photos help too). We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund—whatever works best for you.
How to Make a Return:
- Email us at info@camphard.co.nz with your order details.
- We’ll guide you through the next steps.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds:
Refunds are made back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank to process the refund after we issue it.
